Requirements and Preferences **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Advertising, Communications, or related fields; * Basic proficiency in design tools (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar); * Understanding of typography, visual hierarchy, and composition; * Organization, proactivity, and strong communication skills; * Academic or personal portfolio. **Preferences:** * Motion design or video editing; * Familiarity with branding and digital marketing; * Curiosity about ads, performance, and creative testing.
