Job Summary: Verus Brasil is seeking a Senior Functional Consultant – Salesforce Service Cloud + OmniStudio, responsible for developing complex and scalable technical solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Solid experience in automations using Flow and OmniStudio Verus Brasil, a company specialized in SAP and IT solutions, has an open opportunity for: **Senior Functional Consultant – Salesforce Service Cloud \+ OmniStudio (OmniScript) \- Hybrid** * Duration: 1 year, with possibility of extension; Work Model: Hybrid: 1 week onsite every 2 or 3 months of remote work Start Date: Immediate ‍Responsibilities: We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with at least 5 years of Salesforce experience, responsible for developing complex technical solutions focused on integrations, performance, scalable architecture, and advanced use of OmniStudio components. The candidate must demonstrate expertise in backend development using Apex (Classes, Triggers, and Test Classes), advanced SOQL, JSON manipulation, and REST/SOAP integrations, as well as strong frontend capabilities with Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, and Lightning Components. Solid experience in automations using Flow (Screen and Record\-Triggered) and adherence to best practices in architecture and technical governance are required. Practical knowledge of OmniStudio is essential, including OmniScript, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards. Experience in utilities and commodities sectors—such as gas, water, electricity, and telecommunications—is desirable, particularly in high-volume environments and mission-critical integrations. Salesforce Platform Developer I and OmniStudio Developer certifications are mandatory. A proven track record as a Senior Developer, strong communication skills with functional teams, ability to propose scalable and structured architectures, and experience with code versioning and DevOps best practices are expected. Requirements: * Preferred: Knowledge of and/or experience in commodities and utilities—water, gas, electricity. * Proven experience as a Senior Functional Consultant in Salesforce projects.
