Work model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite Unit: Osasco, Curitiba, Recife, or Remote **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Digital Products Specialist, you will work within the Digital Products Management team and your main activities will include: * Championing tribe products among external stakeholders and ensuring prioritization for adoption and evolution; * Facilitating workshops and events, participating in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and ensuring effective product communication; * Fostering a product community focused on building product culture and sharing best practices; * Reviewing commonly used artifacts and processes across product teams, ensuring alignment and productivity; * Empowering product teams with data for decision-making—reviewing and orchestrating OKRs—and training teams on data usage practices; * As a Digital Products Specialist within the Center of Excellence (CoE) / Product Ops, you will play a strategic and tactical role for Bradesco’s digital products and channels. Your focus will be on creating solutions that engage diverse stakeholders to drive adoption of digital products across their platforms, products, and channels, as well as bringing backlog items and new functionalities to platforms. Additionally, you will be responsible for evolving product culture using data, analytics, templates, processes, and mechanisms—generating value for product teams and our customers. To succeed in this role, you must stay current with best practices in product management, possess proven experience in strategic execution, and be familiar with techniques supporting Product Strategy development such as F4P, OKRs, and others. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Experience in Project Management, Channels, Technology, or Digital Products; * Knowledge of Agile methodologies; * Knowledge of digital business processes involving channels, functional platforms, and martech; * Understanding of technology; * Knowledge of product management methodologies, adoption, and OKRs; * Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.); * Strategic planning, budgeting, risk management, project management.
