Opportunity for professional growth in a welcoming environment **Position: Commercial Assistant** Location: Quatis Salary: R$ 1616.67 Transportation allowance (if required) Performance bonus: R$ 80.00 per enrollment Renewal bonus: R$ 150.00 if 80% of students renew; R$ 300.00 if 90% renew About the Role We seek a professional with a commercial and relational profile to convert leads into enrollments, deliver consultative service, and monitor students and their guardians—ensuring a welcoming experience aligned with company culture. Main Responsibilities * Provide in-person and online assistance to interested parties * Convert contacts into enrollments * Identify needs and recommend suitable classes * Support new students’ adaptation process * Conduct post-sales follow-up and maintain relationships with students and their guardians * Carry out active prospecting activities (social media, events, outreach) * Send messages and campaigns to the lead database * Assist with simple administrative tasks (e.g., material requests, organization) * Monitor plan renewals and payments Desired Profile * Strong communication skills and approachability * Persuasive and consultative mindset * Organized and responsible * Proficiency with social media and WhatsApp * Enjoys interacting with people (children, adults, and seniors) * Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus If this profile matches yours and you wish to grow professionally, please send your resume—we look forward to building stories together!
