Job Summary: ITRACKER LOGISTICA INTELIGENTE is seeking a Logistics Analyst to optimize logistics processes and ensure company efficiency through operation monitoring and cost control. Preparation of reports and pursuit of operational improvements. ITRACKER LOGISTICA INTELIGENTE is seeking a Logistics Analyst to join the team. This position is essential for optimizing logistics processes and ensuring company efficiency. * **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and oversee road and multimodal transportation logistics operations; * Control import/export processes related to containers; * Schedule and monitor container pickups and returns; * Control **free time** deadlines to avoid additional costs; * Monitor and control **demurrage and detention**, conducting verifications and negotiations with shipping lines, terminals, and customers; * Issue and verify operational documentation (CT\-e, MDF\-e, invoices, pickup orders, manifests, etc.); * Monitor port and terminal time windows; * Prepare operational reports and indicator tracking (KPIs); * Handle operational incidents and support the driver team; * Maintain direct contact with customers, customs brokers, shipping lines, and terminals; * Seek operational process improvements aimed at cost reduction and efficiency enhancement. **Requirements:** * Experience in logistics * Knowledge of logistics management systems * Ability to analyze data and processes * Teamwork skills **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Total Pass Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
