Support in organizing and planning replenishment Sushi-specialized establishment seeks a Logistics Assistant in Volta Redonda. **Responsibilities:** Receiving, inspecting, and storing ingredients such as fish, rice, seaweed, packaging, and seasonings is essential. It is critical to manage inventory, ensuring product validity, quality, and proper organization. Materials must be sorted and distributed to the kitchen and production area to meet sushi chefs' demands. Monitoring merchandise and supply replenishment orders is also an important task. Assisting in recording product inflows and outflows—whether in systems or spreadsheets—is part of the process. Ensuring correct food storage is crucial, adhering to refrigeration and hygiene standards. Supporting warehouse and storage-area organization is required. Additionally, verifying supplier invoices and purchase orders is a responsibility to be fulfilled. Participating in replenishment planning is vital to prevent ingredient shortages during production. Strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and internal restaurant procedures is mandatory. Previous experience as Logistics Assistant, Logistics Analyst, Logistics Coordinator, or Transportation Assistant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
