Therefore, we do not discriminate based on race, religion, gender, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, age, or any other factor. **You are all that matters**! **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop and validate designs of structural components (frames and rails) of trucks, considering technical, regulatory, and manufacturing requirements. * Perform structural analyses (CAE/FEA) and monitor physical validation tests. * Interact with multidisciplinary areas such as manufacturing, quality, procurement, and suppliers. * Participate in design reviews and definition of development strategies. * Monitor prototypes and field tests, proposing technical improvements. * Ensure product technical documentation (drawings, specifications, DFMEA, validation plans). * Define validation procedures to ensure only optimized, integrated, and robust designs are released. * Create technical specification packages that effectively communicate with internal and external partners, ensuring products meet project parameters. * Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and travel as needed to support tests, supplier visits, and field issue support. * Perform engineering releases of 3D and 2D drawings and execute CAD assemblies and layout evaluations. * Prepare technical reports, engineering recommendations, and presentations for stakeholders. * Interact with international teams, participating in technical meetings, design reviews, and alignment of global requirements. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in design and/or development of structural components (frames and rails) at suppliers and/or chassis departments in OEMs, or equivalent experience; * Knowledge of metallic materials and manufacturing processes (welding, cutting, forming); * Proficiency in CATIA, component validation (DVP), activity management systems (Agile SCRUM methodology, JIRA), and root cause analysis; * English: Intermediate to advanced – essential for reading technical documentation, participating in global meetings, and interacting with international teams; * CNH D or E license is desirable. **Additional information*** Your health and your family's health are our priority!
