Configuration of RF devices and industrial peripherals. **Work Mode:** On-site **Location:** Porto Real/RJ **Job Description:** We are looking for a **Technical Support Analyst** to work in a **manufacturing** environment, providing support for systems and devices that sustain factory operations. This professional will be responsible for ensuring the full functionality of IT equipment and applications used on the production line, guaranteeing operational continuity and high system availability. We seek a proactive candidate with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to organize and prioritize tickets and requests. **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support for equipment used in operations, such as **data collectors, mini printers, thermal printers, and laser printers**; * Perform **RF (radio frequency) device configuration** and ensure integration with plant systems; * Provide **ICT support** for the **Click** application (production control/management system); * Diagnose and resolve daily **IT issues** related to local infrastructure and manufacturing systems; * Support production area users in utilizing technological systems and devices; * Collaborate with infrastructure and development teams to resolve incidents and implement improvements. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in **technical support within industrial/manufacturing environments**; * Knowledge of **RF data collector and industrial peripheral configuration**; * Experience in **installation and maintenance of thermal and laser printers**; * Familiarity with ICT systems and/or shop-floor applications; * Ability to work **on-site and hands-on**, with a focus on rapid problem resolution. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in production environments involving automation and system integration; * Knowledge of industrial networks and local infrastructure (switches, access points, cabling); * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with operational teams.
