Responsibilities and Duties * Conduct market research to identify suppliers and new procurement opportunities. * Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers to secure optimal acquisition options. * Issue and monitor purchase orders, ensuring adherence to agreed deadlines and conditions. * Monitor and analyze inventory levels, recommending restocking as required by departmental needs. * Evaluate the quality of received products and services, ensuring compliance with company standards. * Maintain up-to-date supplier and product records in the system. * Collaborate with other departments to efficiently meet internal requirements. * Prepare procurement reports and present managerial data to senior leadership. * Participate in meetings and training sessions related to procurement and supply chain management.
