Continuous process improvement JOB: JUNIOR MANAGEMENT ANALYST **Main Responsibilities:** * Support unit management through data analysis, indicator control, and preparation of managerial reports; * Monitor operational and administrative costs, supporting identification of improvements and expense reduction; * Control unit contracts, measurements, and budget; * Develop spreadsheets and performance monitoring dashboards; * Support internal audits and contribute to continuous process improvement; * Interface with internal departments for billing and results tracking. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, or related fields; * Intermediate Office suite proficiency (Excel will be considered a plus). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree in related fields; * Knowledge of PDCA, project management, and Protheus system; * Advanced Excel skills.
