




**JOB MISSION:** To ensure high-level management of VWCO’s parts inventory, identify and implement improvements for full inventory control and asset protection, maintain a high level of accuracy in our systems, promote the accuracy of the entire Logistics Bill of Materials (BOM), and contribute to flawless movement of inventory balances through the development of highly reliable technical structures. **Responsibilities and Duties** **\*\*\*INVENTORY\*\*\*\*** * Ensure compliance with fiscal regulations and standards by supporting internal and external audits with up-to-date documentation and evidence of controls, thereby guaranteeing adherence to company and external procedures. * Advise on and recommend best practices for logistics processes, analyzing the operational environment using performance indicators and acquired expertise to deliver optimal results for the company and ensure process continuity—avoiding losses, stockouts, or overstocking. * Plan and monitor planned versus actual expenditures monthly via analysis of material inflows and outflows to uphold financial discipline, predictability, and optimal use of departmental resources. * Conduct daily analyses of materials and technical structures using corporate systems to improve efficiency, optimize time, identify failures, and ensure decision-making accuracy within the operational flow. * Carry out internal and external inventories of production materials—including analysis and systemic adjustments—through periodic physical counts conducted both in-house and at supplier sites to maintain accurate alignment between physical and system inventory balances, always aiming for maximum accuracy. * Manage invoicing, debt negotiations, material collection for disposal, and inventory scheduling via meetings and technical visits to ensure compliance with contractual clauses applicable to the company. * Plan, develop/select logistics service providers and manage contracts for third-party logistics operators and purchased services (including technical visits if required), monitoring performance indicators, contractual clause compliance, and deadlines to optimize direct impacts on production lines, reduce costs, and improve third-party performance. * Manage the Technical List in SAP, performing analyses of Engineering Bill of Materials (BOM) releases—including Special Vehicles (SVE), Parts & Accessories (P&A), and Semi-Knocked Down (SKD) vehicles—and Manufacturing classifications to ensure balanced demand planning with suppliers, maintain inventory level accuracy, and enable correct vehicle cost accounting per production and commercialization parameters. * Define material procurement strategy (origin/baptism), analyzing Engineering BOM releases and aligning them with strategic project definitions to ensure balanced demand planning with suppliers, maintain inventory level accuracy, and enable correct vehicle cost accounting per production and commercialization parameters. * Calculate annual volumes of production parts by consolidating strategic data on planned volumes per model and corresponding optional configurations, as defined by Sales and Marketing departments, enabling Purchasing to negotiate effectively with suppliers. * Manage the Logistics Bill of Materials (BOM), including specific modifications to the Bill of Materials (BOM), to reflect operational particularities and exclusive requirements for material supply and handling—ensuring balanced demand planning with suppliers, maintaining inventory level accuracy, and enabling correct vehicle cost accounting per production and commercialization parameters. * Valid driver’s license and willingness/availability to travel **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields * Postgraduate degree in Project Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields **Languages:** * Advanced English **Information Technology:** * Power BI (preferred) * SAP S/4HANA (preferred) With a comprehensive portfolio of solutions for cargo and passenger transportation, Volkswagen Trucks and Buses is one of the **largest truck and bus manufacturers in Latin America**, and part of the **TRATON GROUP**, one of the world’s leading commercial vehicle manufacturers, comprising the brands Volkswagen Trucks and Buses, MAN, Scania, Navistar, and RIO.
