Control Tower Analyst

Description

Job Summary: Analyst focused on optimizing logistical processes, analyzing failures, and implementing corrective action plans to ensure operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Optimization of operational and logistical flows 2. Failure analysis and corrective action plans 3. Process monitoring to eliminate pending items * Generate daily reports to analyze the entire operational and logistical flow (Pickup, delivery, and transfer). * Analyze process failures, maintain contact with responsible parties, and develop corrective action plans to prevent recurrence. * Focus specifically on identified issues to resolve occurrences within the process. * Monitor all consignment notes to eliminate system-related pending items. * Conduct periodic follow-ups with the unit to ensure adherence to deadlines agreed upon with customers. Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Production Engineering, Logistics, or Business Administration; * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency; * Experience in indicator analysis, reporting, and collections related to operational flow; * Interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and capability to handle adverse situations while seeking practical, common-sense solutions.
