Job Summary: Field professional responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential fiber-optic internet services, ensuring connectivity and customer satisfaction. That’s why we seek talents like you—individuals who dream big and want to make a difference! **Responsibilities and Duties** To join our team, the candidate will be challenged with the following responsibilities: * Performing installation and repair services for FTTH and FTTA network technologies for residential customers; * Repairing/correcting service failures, including issues related to slow speed, Wi-Fi, no connection, intermittent connectivity, etc.; * Removing cables from canceled customer accounts to free up capacity for new customers; * Verifying service feasibility when the commercial team has doubts regarding network availability in a given area; * Relocating equipment within the same residence (room-to-room moves); * Relocating equipment to a different address upon customer request; * Performing upgrades—replacing or adding equipment when customers change their service plans; * Participating in training sessions and meetings when invited; * Performing other duties consistent with this role. **Requirements and Qualifications** Professional Profile We Seek: * Completed high school education; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license, Category B (permanent); * NR-10 (electrical safety) and NR-35 (work at height) certifications preferred; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to travel; * Prior experience in telecommunications companies preferred. **Additional Benefits** * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Giga Inclusão – PCD dependent support benefit * Total Pass * Birthday day off * Extended maternity leave (180 days) and paternity leave (20 days) * Psicologia Viva (available to those enrolled in Amil health plan) * E-learning platform available via intranet * Tour House: 5%–12% discounts on airline tickets, hotel reservations, and car rentals * Movida: 10% discount applied to daily rental rates * Samsung Partnership Portal With the purpose of **connecting people, ideas, and businesses while promoting digital and social inclusion across Brazil**, Alloha Fibra is today the largest independent fiber-optic group in the country.
