In 2023, we launched operations in South America, establishing our first office in Brazil. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Key Responsibilities:** • Manage/execute global import activities for vehicles/parts and export activities for knocked-down vehicles across existing markets. • Develop new xKD plants, processes, and markets, and execute foreign trade activities within required timeframes, in compliance with Brazilian regulatory laws. • Manage contracts with logistics providers for export and import services. • Manage import and export logistics costs. • Map, manage, and operationalize the international supply chain. • Develop new xKD processes (foundation for SVE, box sequencing, TIB, cubic meter). • Interface with xKD plants and international logistics consolidators. • Manage xKD operations (shipments, packing, export, claims). • Plan, develop, and implement new xKD plants. • Define maritime and air transport processes for import and export. • Monitor cargo and documentation flows for import and export, along with their respective administrative handling at all stages of the international logistics chain. • Apply the correct customs regime for different operations. • Schedule shipments via various transportation modes to meet production, after-sales, and overseas customer demands. • Ensure processes are conducted in accordance with instructions from the Compliance Officer, applicable legislation, and customs regulations. • Develop and lead business cases/projects aimed at continuous improvement of International Logistics processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Engineering, or related fields. * Solid knowledge of global import and export processes. * Experience in mapping and managing international supply chains. * Experience in managing xKD operations (shipments, packing, export, claims). * Advanced English proficiency. **Additional Information** **Conditions:** * CLT employment contract, based in Resende/RJ. * Willingness to travel. **Benefits:** * Meal Voucher * Food Allowance * Sulamerica Health Insurance Plan * Sulamerica Dental Insurance Plan * Life Insurance * Childcare Assistance * Well-being Program (Wellhub/Gympass, Conexa, and Vivo Psychology) * Private Pension Plan * Profit Sharing Program (PLR) * Pharmacy discount partnership Volkswagen Group Services is the strategic partner of all companies and brands within the Volkswagen Group.
