The company stands out for its promotions and customer service. **Responsibilities:** Develop, implement, and update Ergonomic Work Analysis (EWA) in compliance with NR-17 and legislative updates. Conduct ongoing technical monitoring of tasks and workstations to collect and analyze ergonomic data. Evaluate and validate ergonomically new projects, products, line trials, and production validation processes (Change Management). Perform physical-functional assessments, advise workers with complaints, and guide the reintegration process for rehabilitated professionals. Issue technical opinions grounded in ergonomic-legal expertise and provide support in expert assessments and labor litigation. Validate and approve the implementation of ergonomic improvements, generating efficacy statistics for management. Previous experience as an Ergonomics Specialist, Ergonomics Consultant, Ergonomics Analyst, or Ergonomics Researcher may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
