Focus on continuous improvement and process automation. **Position Summary:** A professional responsible for managing and ensuring accounts payable processes, guaranteeing compliance with internal policies, legal deadlines, and operational efficiency. Strategic involvement in supplier relationship management, process auditing, and implementation of continuous improvements, with expertise in SAP S/4 Hana. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities:** * Execute and validate invoice postings, accruals, and payments in SAP S/4 Hana; * Ensure accuracy in supplier account reconciliation; * Monitor payment due dates and timelines, ensuring fulfillment of contractual and tax obligations; * Support analysis and reporting of departmental KPIs (aging, payment flow, management reports); * Collaborate with Treasury and Accounting to align financial information; * Support internal and external audits, ensuring traceability and integrity of information; * Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and internal controls; * Serve as the technical reference for the accounts payable team. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Proven experience in accounts payable, preferably within medium- to large-sized companies; * Proficiency in SAP S/4 Hana (FI module) – mandatory; * Knowledge of tax legislation and ancillary obligations related to payments; * Advanced Office suite (especially Excel); * Intermediate/advanced English will be considered a plus.
