Job Summary: Professional responsible for prospecting and qualifying customers, managing the sales pipeline, follow-up activities, supporting sales and events, post-sales and retention, and integrating digital offerings. The company is seeking a Commercial Assistant in Barra Mansa. **Responsibilities:** Conduct active and passive customer prospecting using channels such as paid traffic, events, networking, partnerships, and referrals. Qualify leads, organize and update the sales pipeline in the CRM system, ensuring clear visibility of opportunities. Perform proactive follow\-up, contact management, and proposal tracking to strengthen relationships with potential customers. Support sales meetings by preparing materials, recording information, and assisting the team in conducting negotiations. Participate in events and strategic relationship initiatives, representing the company to entrepreneurs and partners. Carry out post\-sales activities, customer retention, and operationalization of the referral program. Support the sale of the company's infoproducts, integrating digital offerings into the commercial strategy. Previous experience as a Sales Assistant, Marketing Assistant, Customer Service Assistant, or Commercial Assistant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
