Film projection technical operation and media management. 2. Customer service and guidance, including ticket verification. 3. Maintenance of cleanliness and organization of theaters and equipment. Performs film ingest and tests film release keys. Sanitizes and delivers 3D glasses to customers. Stamps tickets and verifies half-price admission documents. Provides information and guidance to the public. Ensures theater organization and cleanliness. * Perform film ingest. * Test film release keys. * Create playlists for trailers and advertisements. * Sanitize 3D glasses. * Keep the projection booth clean and organized. * Deliver 3D glasses to customers. * Assist with trash removal and theater organization during intermissions. * Keep projectors clean and monitor projector alerts. * Check ambient temperature in the projection booth and theater (air conditioning). * Verify half-price admission documents at theater entrances. * Attend to customers during screenings and instruct them as needed. * Conserve electrical energy, practice conscious water usage, and manage other resources per the employee manual. * Support promotion and event publicity. * Verify that the schedule published in the system is correct. * Check information displayed on TVs and posters. * Other related tasks as required by the company.
