Manage and document support tickets The primary responsibility of the Internal Support role is to provide customer service and technical support, assisting in resolving inquiries and issues related to post\-maintenance. Work Model: On-site Location: Cascavel/PR Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM\. * Provide technical support to customers, assisting in resolving inquiries related to post\-maintenance. * Issue charges for requested services. * Prepare reports as required by the immediate supervisor. * Record and document support tickets, maintaining control over requests and service history. * Open technical tickets and coordinate with relevant departments. * Perform connectivity tests to verify functionality.
