Job Summary: The Timekeeper will be responsible for monitoring labor and services, recording productive working hours to control production and close commission calculations, as well as optimizing and expediting workshop operations. We want to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor labor and services by recording productive working hours across departments: Bodywork, Mechanics, After-Sales Services, and Warranty—entering them into the system to support production control and monthly commission settlements; * Generate daily summary reports of recorded hours for productivity tracking, labor cost analysis, and immediate supervisor awareness; * Perform other related duties. * Monitor workflow progress to optimize and expedite workshop operations; * Transfer service labels between available time slots and assign available staff to each task; * Transport service orders from each completed stage to the final board; * Assist service consultants with vehicle deliveries when necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) is desirable; * Full-time on-site availability required. **Additional Information** * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Life insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Totalpass. #### **Working at D21 Motors—the largest CAOA Chery dealership network in Brazil—is a unique opportunity for those pursuing professional development and a successful career.
