Main responsibilities:* Clean and sanitize internal and external areas using appropriate products and equipment to maintain an organized and safe environment; * Perform routine general cleaning tasks—such as sweeping, mopping, waxing, vacuuming, and dusting—documenting activities and verifying execution quality to ensure environmental maintenance; * Clean stairs, floors, walls, carpets, kitchen utensils, and general objects and decorations using appropriate products and tools to preserve space organization and maintenance; * Operate specialized cleaning machinery, documenting usage and verifying procedural safety to ensure efficient cleaning of large areas; * Restock hygiene and cleaning supplies, regularly checking inventory levels to meet user requirements; * Request replenishment of cleaning and hygiene products from the responsible department, monitoring consumption to guarantee adequate stock of necessary materials and ensure continuity of cleaning routines; * Retrieve daily consumables—such as cleaning supplies, food items, and office materials—from the store or distribution center (DC), as requested by management, to meet operational demands; * Provide support in the pantry service, preparing coffee, sanitizing fruits, and organizing utensils to ensure comfort for employees and visitors; * Retrieve daily consumables requested by Reception from the store—including cleaning supplies, food items, office materials, and others. * Perform other related tasks as needed or requested by the immediate supervisor. Mandatory requirements:* Completed elementary education.
