Develop and present periodic performance and results reports, including customer feedback and market conditions. **Requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. **Experience:** Experience in agricultural input sales and direct customer service within the agribusiness sector. **Technical Knowledge:** Familiarity with key agricultural inputs, such as fertilizers, seeds, and crop protection products. Basic understanding of agricultural management and cultivation practices. Proficiency in digital sales tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. **Behavioral Skills:** Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proactivity and initiative to identify business opportunities. Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple demands. Flexibility and willingness to work across various locations (headquarters, branches, and field). **Preferred Qualifications:** Residence in a strategic region. An established client portfolio in the operational region.
