Clarify technical questions from customers and other store staff; Monitor the entry and exit of psychotropic and narcotic medications; Verify compliance with technical-legal procedures; Coordinate documentation and handling of technical non-conformities, including defining solutions; Supervise product recalls and inspections; Conduct routine inventories.
