Job Summary: We are seeking an Extraction Operator I to work in the milling sector, performing equipment checklists, process monitoring, improvements, and equipment maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for an **Extraction Operator I** to join the **Milling Team** at the **Maracaí Unit**, located in the city of Maracaí \- SP. **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOUR DAILY WORK WILL BE LIKE:** * Execute equipment checklists installed in the cane reception, preparation, and milling areas; * Monitor the extraction process, verifying operational variables, achieved results, and daily targets defined by the Operations Manager; * Conduct operational improvement activities related to the process and company-defined SSMA (Safety, Security, Health, and Environment) guidelines; * Create requisitions for items used in daily maintenance, as well as consumables for the respective team; * Perform equipment maintenance during harvest and inter-harvest periods; * Follow organizational and cleaning guidelines established by the Operations Manager; * Complete documentation related to daily sector operations, service permits, and daily material consumption tracking; * Carry out milling control activities (via automation); * Welding and boiler-making activities (considered a differentiating factor). **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed elementary education; * Welding and boiler-making experience (considered a differentiating factor); * Availability to work rotating shifts and on a 5x1 schedule; * Residency in Assis/SP, Maracaí/SP, or Paraguaçu Paulista/SP. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional stages may apply, and you will be informed if you advance): * Registration \- completion of this form and any additional data required. * HR Interview \- an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview \- a more technical discussion to further detail daily responsibilities and challenges.
