




Description: What are we looking for? We seek a professional responsible for the administration, operation, and monitoring of IT environments, covering infrastructure, applications, and middleware. This role provides Level 3 technical support for incidents and requests related to servers and systems, as well as monitoring jobs and tasks. The professional executes deployment and maintenance of servers and applications across production, pre-production (homologation), development, and PCN environments, ensuring their proper functioning. They perform analysis and release of new system versions, strictly adhering to information security and audit standards. Experience in administration of virtualization servers (VMware ESXi, VxRail, Hyper-V) and SharePoint is required. Responsibilities and Duties Administration, operation, and monitoring of IT environments (infrastructure, applications, and middleware). Providing Level 3 technical support for service tickets (incidents and requests) related to servers and applications. Monitoring execution of jobs and tasks. Deploying and maintaining correct operation of servers and applications in production, pre-production (homologation), development, and PCN environments. Analyzing and releasing new system versions. Complying with information security and audit requirements. Administration of virtualization servers (VMware ESXi, VxRail (HCI), and Hyper-V). SharePoint administration. Storage administration (Compellent, Pure Storage, Cisco S3260, and Data Domain). Automation of routine tasks via scripts (PowerShell, Shell Script, Python). Developing strategies for service continuity, including Disaster Recovery procedures and environment policies. Responding to incidents and requests within operations to ensure compliance with ANS requirements. Understanding concepts involved in backup routines, operation of Veeam Backup, and validation of implemented backup routines. Mapping scheduled routine tasks within the environment and ensuring their monitoring and execution in production. Applying update policies across DEV, HMG, PRD, and PCN environments to mitigate security risks. Generating and maintaining documentation for customer infrastructure and monitoring items. Ensuring implementation and adherence to security policies, access management, and change management practices to mitigate risks to infrastructure operations. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field. * Minimum 5 years of generalist Infrastructure experience. * Knowledge of Linux and Windows Server operating systems; Cloud Computing in Azure and AWS environments. * Virtualization: VMware and Hyper-V. * Monitoring, backup, and restore tools. * Microsoft infrastructure components: MS365, DNS, DHCP, IIS, AD, NTFS file security. * Middleware configuration and operation (IIS, Apache, Tomcat, Oracle, etc.). * Basic knowledge of SQL and databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc. * Exchange Server, System Center Configuration Manager, System Center Operations Manager, System Center Service Manager, System Center Orchestrator, System Center Virtual Machine Manager, Microsoft Intune, SharePoint. * Knowledge of Cisco solutions (Data Center and Routing & Switching). * Understanding of storage administration and management concepts (Array, RAID, LUNs, snapshots, zoning, masking, initiator, target, etc.) is a plus. * Intermediate English proficiency. 2512210202551931078
