Grow into the future while valuing the present? **Join us to make new achievements possible!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Monitor IT availability and performance (infrastructure, systems, IVR, networks, servers, cloud, and business applications). * Manage IT events and incidents. * Manage war rooms, escalations, and resolution engagement. * Create incident timelines. * Coordinate internal and external escalations (including partners). * Follow up on tickets, alerts, and emails. * Provide Level 1 technical support to customers/partners. * Execute production routines (production workflow). * Implement new production routines. * Support documentation and review of operational processes. * Monitor and execute GMUDs (Global Maintenance and Update Deployments). * Perform operational checklists and document shift handovers. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What do we expect from you?** * ITIL Foundation certification. * Empathy and customer service orientation. * Experience in IT environments (high availability). * Knowledge of IT monitoring and incident management. * Experience handling service tickets. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields. **Before anything else, know that you’ll stand out exceptionally well in our team if you have:** * ITIL v4 certification. * Experience with Zabbix, Grafana, and/or Dynatrace. * Experience in financial institutions. * Knowledge of OCI (Oracle Cloud). * Intermediate knowledge of Control-M. **Additional Information** Company located in Alphaville – Barueri **On-site Work Model** We’re always focused on delivering the best experience for our Credsysters: **Learn a bit more:** Meal and food allowance.
