




**CLOSING HOURS: 1:00 PM TO 10:00 PM, MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY.** * Gather the ingredients required for daily production and deliver them to the bakery to begin preparing products; * Prepare doughs, cut them into blocks according to specific weights, place them into molds, and bake the bread at the appropriate temperature; * Organize products in inventory, checking expiration dates to prevent losses; * Clean and organize the work area, sanitizing tables, floors, walls, and utensils using designated cleaning products to maintain the company’s established hygiene standards; * Monitor cooking temperatures and times for products, making necessary adjustments to ensure high-quality output; * Inspect the condition of bakery machinery and equipment, reporting maintenance or repair needs to the immediate supervisor; * Keep inventory clean and organized, requesting product replenishment whenever necessary to ensure adequate supply; * Assist with counter service, courteously serving customers, weighing products, and packaging them as requested; * Support departmental inventory activities by weighing and counting products to control inventory levels and minimize losses; * Perform other related tasks as directed by the immediate manager.
