We are looking for an **Extraction Operator II** to work at the Mill of the Paraguaçu Unit located in Paraguaçu Paulista/SP. **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY TO DAY WILL BE LIKE:** * Intermediate understanding of Preparation and Milling targets (extraction, moisture, open cell, availability – knowing when to take action); * Basic knowledge of steam turbine start-up/shutdown and operation (start-ups/shutdowns of milling, oil adjustment, speed, trips); * Basic knowledge of the lubrication/oscillation system (hydraulic heads); * Basic knowledge of mill feeding (checking shutt sensors, belt levels, etc.); * Intermediate knowledge of COI (assisted mill operation); * Rotate (when necessary – vacations, days off, absences) between the activities of Operator I (Jr) and Operator III (Sr); **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed Elementary Education; * Experience in the extraction area; * Industrial Mechanics Technician qualification will be a differentiator; * Discipline regarding safety; * Availability to work 5x1 shifts; * Reside in the cities of Assis/SP, Maracaí/SP or Paraguaçu Paulista/SP; **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes 3 main stages (there may be others, and you will be informed if you advance): * Registration \- completion of this form and additional data if necessary. * HR Interview \- a conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical conversation to further explain the day-to-day activities and challenges.
