Senior Accountant A professional with solid experience in the accounting field, specializing in executing complex accounting reconciliation processes. Possesses in-depth knowledge of Brazilian accounting standards (BR GAAP) and practical understanding of IFRS. Demonstrates autonomy, analytical thinking, and strong organizational ability to manage high volumes of information. Proficient in intermediate-level Excel, utilizing features such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and automated spreadsheet development for accounting analysis and control. ________________________________ **Technical Competencies** * Complex accounting reconciliations: analysis, troubleshooting, and correction of discrepancies in balance sheet and income statement accounts. * Monthly accounting closing: classification, journal entries, accruals, reclassifications, and adjustments. * Excel (intermediate level): pivot tables, intermediate advanced formulas (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH), data validation, and creation of simple dashboards. • • Financial statements: preparation and review of balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and explanatory notes. • • Accounting and managerial analyses: support to internal departments, performance reporting, and monitoring of key indicators. • • Balance sheet account control: accruals, recoverable taxes, accounts payable/receivable, etc. • • Internal and external audit support: document preparation, clarification of queries, and assistance during testing. * Accounting ERP systems: experience with systems such as TOTVS CONSINCO and Protheus is a plus. **Academic Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences * Active registration with CRC (desirable)
