Requirements: The ***Support*** area is responsible for the ***sustained operation of the Newcon ERP***, and seeks a **Junior Technical Support Analyst** to join our team at Brazil’s largest software and financial-market product development company — where we believe technological innovation inspires progress. **This position will be responsible for:** * Providing specialized technical assistance to customers, especially via Jira; * Delivering solutions and guiding customers through tickets and customer-raised inquiries; * Proactively offering strategic insights to support operations; * Conducting analyses to support business decisions; * Participating in internal and customer meetings for incident analysis and resolution, as well as support activities. **To \#match, this opportunity requires the following mandatory qualifications:** * Strong communication skills and an analytical mindset; * Knowledge of SQL Server for data querying and debugging; * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree. **The following would be considered advantageous:** * Prior experience in the financial market; * Familiarity with the Newcon product. **IMPORTANT:** This opportunity is for on-site work at Evertec Brasil’s office in Tupã/SP, under a hybrid work model.
