Description:
* Completed undergraduate degree (Business Administration, Social Communication/Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields);
* Valid driver’s license (Category B);
DESIRABLE:
* Prior experience in industrial sales, B2B sales, or consultative sales will be considered a differentiator;
* CRM knowledge.
* Ensure the department’s engagement with the portfolio of state-level major clients, identifying the entry of large plants;
* Ensure engagement with the national client portfolio, identifying opportunities for new projects for entities within the Findes System;
* Ensure engagement with institutional clients—including public agencies and organized entities—identifying opportunities for agreements/contracts and their implementation;
* Ensure participation in new service delivery projects;
* Ensure activities comply with the requirements specified in public procurement tender documents;
* Address demands from employer associations and sectoral chambers, identifying opportunities for new projects for entities within the Findes System;
* Interact with thematic councils—facilitate discussions and follow up on opportunities identified by the technical departments of entities within the Findes System;
* Participate in developing the department’s annual action plan;
* Conduct visits to companies, employer associations, public agencies/organized entities, sectoral chambers, and thematic councils, as defined by the department’s annual planning targets;
* Establish client relationships, identify client needs, deliver consultative service, and present solutions aligned with the Findes System’s service portfolio;
* Record visit reports, company contacts, and identified demands in designated software, forwarding them via software to respective specialized departments;
* Address client needs by coordinating with technical departments and operational units of the Findes System;
* Submit prepared proposals to clients, copying departments responsible for execution upon approval;
* Monitor submitted proposals to maximize conversion;
* Track completed sales and post-sales activities to foster client loyalty;
* Ensure effective planning and execution of trade fairs and events proposed by the Findes System;
* Develop service proposals for companies and government agencies;
* Provide management with market potential information to formulate a commercial strategy for prospecting and retaining clients;
* Monitor official publications for public procurement tenders, prepare required documentation, involve relevant departments, price proposals, and actively participate in the procurement process;
* Track tender participation rates, including participation and decline indices;
* Analyze and monitor invitation postings on corporate websites (e.g., Quadrem and Petronect), updating them with pertinent information for our participation; pricing and actively participating in the procurement process;
* Ensure contract processing deadlines are met, providing the responsible department with all necessary information to guarantee prompt review and signing, thereby avoiding delays in project initiation;
* Ensure adherence to the department’s work schedule—statewide, national, and international—for trade fairs and events;
* Collaborate closely with the Market Relations team, technical departments, and operational units to achieve departmental goals;
* Respond to emails and phone calls promptly, addressing and resolving client inquiries and requests;
* Stay updated on market trends, industries, and competitors within the scope of responsibilities;
* Master the content of the SENAI Bylaws, SESI Regulations, and IEL Statute, advising colleagues when needed;
* Ensure delivery of the integrated SESI-SENAI-IEL service portfolio;
* Ensure complementary SESI-SENAI-IEL solutions targeting medium- and long-term client projects;
* Attend departmental meetings at state and national levels, as scheduled in the annual planning calendar;
* Participate in training programs offered by the department at state, national, and international levels;
* Participate as a team member in designing, developing, executing, and controlling projects and programs aimed at meeting client demand;
* Lead processes and projects within the area of responsibility;
* Secure resources from private companies and public agencies to finance projects of entities within the Findes System;
* Control receipt, processing, and dispatch of official letters from employer associations and/or public agencies;
* Perform other related tasks of equivalent complexity upon request from the immediate supervisor.
* IEL
* Conduct market intelligence analyses (market segment, competition, service portfolio, pricing structure) using sources such as websites, national and international databases, and industry associations—aimed at generating competitive intelligence (information supporting strategic business decisions);
* Identify client challenges to propose appropriate solutions delivering short- and/or long-term results aligned with client needs;
* Develop the department’s annual budget plan and execute the action plan within the area of responsibility;
* Ensure departmental engagement with state and national client portfolios, identifying opportunities for new projects;
* Propose new products for commercialization based on analysis of market indicators and trends;
* Monitor achievement of planned physical and financial performance targets and propose and implement corrective action plans when required;
* Plan and monitor technical activities associated with projects and processes under the area’s responsibility;
* Prepare proposals and budgets for individual and collective projects, and present them to clients while negotiating pricing;
* Identify need for third-party vendor engagement to develop and execute projects, where applicable;
* Prospect and visit clients, build relationships, identify needs, provide consultative service, and present solutions aligned with the service portfolio—analyzing client demands and proposing solutions;
* Submit prepared proposals to clients and monitor the process to ensure deal closure;
* Track completed sales and post-sales activities to foster client loyalty;
* Develop commercial strategies for client acquisition and retention, as well as for achieving the business’s financial targets;
* Prospect and attend trade fairs and events representing the Institute;
* Stay updated on market trends, industries, and competitors within the Institute’s areas of operation;
* Ensure synergistic solutions across business lines, targeting medium- and long-term client projects;
* Lead complex processes and projects within the area of responsibility;
* Secure resources from private companies and public agencies to finance IEL projects;
* Control and monitor IEL service commercialization processes;
* Serve as the primary liaison with promoters of Institute business outreach initiatives and with business leaders for activity planning;
* Represent the Institute at technical committees, events, ceremonies, and other necessary activities;
* Represent IEL in judicial proceedings as a legal representative, preparing documents and updating values for hearings;
* Perform other related tasks of equivalent complexity upon request from the immediate supervisor.
