We seek an organized individual with strong process monitoring skills and attention to detail, who enjoys teamwork and contributes to operational efficiency. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in monitoring and updating **operational indicators (KPIs)**. * Support control of **service response SLAs and execution SLAs**. * Manage and monitor **operational processes**. * Organize operational information, records, and reports. * Assist in the **onboarding process for new corporate clients**. * Facilitate communication among **operations, technical, and commercial teams**. * Track operational pending items and requests, ensuring process fluidity. ### **Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Proficiency in computer applications (**Microsoft Office or similar**). * Basic knowledge of **Excel or spreadsheets**. * Ability to organize and monitor processes. * Attention to detail and sense of responsibility. * Strong communication skills and proactivity. * **Preferred Qualifications** * Currently pursuing higher education (**Administration, Management, Technology, or related fields**). * Experience in administrative or operational routines. * Familiarity with technology-oriented environments or companies. * Knowledge of **Power BI** for indicator monitoring and analysis. ### **About the Opportunity** This position is ideal for individuals seeking to **develop operational vision, processes, and indicators**, working within a dynamic and continuously evolving environment in the technology and security sector.
