Responsibilities and Duties * Develop and test software features, performing minor corrections and improvements; * Develop new reports and queries for generating managerial information; * Create and maintain process routines in the systems used by the company, following software development best practices; * Fix routine errors and provide technical support to users; * Conduct training sessions and presentations on new features; * Support the maintenance of legacy systems and integration of new technologies; * Perform activities in accordance with information security policies; * Collaborate with the team on development projects and technical documentation; * Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Federal Inspection requirements, and internal quality, environmental, health, and safety standards Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related fields completed. 2511070202301854258
