Description: * Completed high school education, * Experience in the commercial area; * Retail store experience preferred; * Familiarity with social media; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Training, development, and management of the reseller portfolio; * Developing sales initiatives together with reseller teams; * Reactivating or re-enrolling inactive or terminated resellers; * Achieving targets (Base Balance, Active Resellers, Multi-brand Active Resellers, Revenue, Digitalization \- App+ER Revenue) and monitoring all KPIs daily; * Prospecting and registering new resellers; * Ensuring activity rate and retaining the reseller portfolio; * Conducting meetings with resellers regarding the current sales cycle; * Ensuring closure of sales cycles without financial or operational pending issues; * Promoting the reseller's store initiatives. 2512100202181911815
