Job Summary: The Electroelectronic Technician will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on ITS (Intelligent Transportation Systems) equipment and toll plazas, including installation, assembly, and configuration of electrical and electronic systems. The Electroelectronic Technician will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on the ITS and toll plaza assets operated by the Concessionaire, working with equipment such as radar units, traffic counters, fixed and mobile Variable Message Signs (VMS), radio repeaters, radio communication systems, radio communication towers, Wi-Fi networks, CCTV (Closed-Circuit Television) systems, Access Points (APs), and toll plazas; performing wired network cabling, testing, and other related services to ensure stability of the asset base and toll plazas. **Responsibilities and Duties** Install, assemble, and configure electrical, electronic, and automation equipment; Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, software, and networks, including system inputs; Monitor system performance and identify potential failures and improvements; Collaborate in preparing technical reports and system documentation; Participate in training and capacity-building programs to stay updated on new technologies and tools available in the market. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education/Experience** Completed high school; Technical or undergraduate degree in related fields—such as mechatronics, electroelectronics, optical technologies, electrical engineering, automation, information technology, systems, or similar—is desirable, either completed or in progress. Prior experience in electrical or automation fields is desirable; Basic knowledge of computer networks is desirable; Updated NR-10 and NR-35 certifications are desirable; Basic Microsoft Office proficiency; Valid Brazilian driver’s license category B. Category D is a plus. An undergraduate degree in electrical engineering—completed or in progress—is a plus. **Specific Knowledge/Skills:** Installation, assembly, and configuration of electrical, electronic, and automation equipment; Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, software, and networks, including system inputs; Monitoring system performance and identifying potential failures and improvements; Collaborating in preparing technical reports and system documentation; Participating in training and capacity-building programs to stay updated on new technologies and tools available in the market. **Additional Information** **Reside in Irati/PR (or surrounding region). Via Araucária is the concessionaire responsible for operating, maintaining, and modernizing Lot 1 of the Paraná State Highway System, covering 473 kilometers of federal and state highways. This stretch includes the northern and southern bypasses of Curitiba, interconnections between municipalities in the Greater Curitiba Metropolitan Region, and the route between the state capital and Guarapuava in central-southern Paraná, among other road segments. Over the next 30 years of the concession agreement, the company commits to investing BRL 7.9 billion in expansion and modernization works across the highway network, in addition to allocating another BRL 5.2 billion for operations. These investments cover a variety of improvements, such as mechanical medical services, trucker rest stops, weighing and scale systems, among others.
