Description

Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring cleanliness, organization, and proper condition of equipment and the work area; supplying production lines and furnaces; and assisting operators with daily tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Ensures cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment. 2. Supplies production lines and furnaces, ensuring quality and efficiency. 3. Assists operators and support staff with daily tasks in the unit. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper condition of equipment and the work area; supply production lines and furnaces; package/package products generated in the production process; ensure product quality and equipment efficiency; and assist operators and other support staff with daily tasks at the Fernandes Pinheiro unit. **Responsibilities and Duties** Main responsibilities * Perform cleaning of tools and equipment and maintain production line operational condition according to existing procedures, appropriately documenting such activities; * Conduct equipment inspections during cleaning, recording identified anomalies to ensure proper functioning of equipment in your area; * Perform adjustments/minor maintenance on operated equipment, when necessary and qualified to do so, using appropriate tools; * Supply herbs to production sectors in the correct form and at the appropriate time according to line requirements, visually inspecting raw materials for possible anomalies that could compromise final product quality; * Package semi-processed products (chile, chilena, stem tips, and roasted stem bark) into intact and specific packaging designated for this purpose; * Palletize production, complying with procedures and standards according to packaging type; * Supply wood chips to furnace hoppers in the correct form and at the appropriate time according to line requirements; * Palletize fuel (firewood) to initiate furnace ignition; * Complete control spreadsheets and checklists as described in area standard procedures; * Record production line anomalies using system tools; * Assist with operational activities and analyses in the area; * Assist with tasks within the scope of your position in other departments when requested by the production supervisor or area leader; * Interpret and analyze the loss tree of your area, generating actions to reduce daily impacts; * Understand area KPIs and how your activities affect each one, proposing improvement actions.
