Job Summary: The professional will ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper condition of equipment and work area; perform replenishment for production lines and furnaces; package/box products; and assist operators with daily tasks. Assist operators and other support staff with daily tasks. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper condition of equipment and work area; perform replenishment for production lines and furnaces; package/box products generated during the production process; guarantee product quality and equipment efficiency; and assist operators and other support staff with daily tasks at the Fernandes Pinheiro unit. **Responsibilities and Duties** Main Responsibilities * Carry out cleaning of tools and equipment and maintain the production line’s operational condition according to existing procedures, properly documenting such activities; * Conduct equipment inspections during cleaning, recording any anomalies identified, thereby ensuring proper functioning of equipment in the assigned area; * Perform adjustments/minor maintenance on operated equipment, when required and duly qualified, using appropriate tools; * Replenish herbs to production sectors in the correct form and at the appropriate time according to line requirements, remaining vigilant for any visual anomalies in raw materials that may compromise final product quality; * Package semi-finished products (chile, chilena, stalks, and toasted stem bark) into intact and specific packaging designated for this purpose; * Palletize production, adhering to procedures and standards according to packaging type; * Replenish wood chips into furnace hoppers in the correct form and at the appropriate time according to line requirements; * Palletize fuel (firewood) to initiate furnace ignition; * Complete control spreadsheets and checklists as described in the area’s standard procedures; * Record production line anomalies using system tools; * Assist with operational activities and area analyses; * Assist in performing duties within the scope of this position in other departments when requested by the Production Supervisor or Area Leader; * Interpret and analyze the loss tree for the assigned area, generating actions to reduce daily impacts; * Understand area KPIs and how one’s own activities affect each of them, proposing improvement actions.
