Job Summary: A professional responsible for preventing accidents, implementing and monitoring occupational safety programs, delivering safety training, and managing the Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment (HSE) area. Implementation and monitoring of HSE programs **Job Description:** ---------------------- **This position is also inclusive for persons with disabilities (PCDs).** Prevent accidents, implement and monitor occupational safety programs, and deliver occupational safety training. **Requirements** -------------- **What are the requirements?** * **Requirements** -------------- Experience in occupational safety management • Extensive experience in occupational safety, health, and environment • Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency • Strong verbal and written communication skills; familiarity with management systems. **Responsibilities** --------------------- **Among your main responsibilities, you will include:** * Key Responsibilities * Integrate HSE principles among employees; * Support and monitor training activities; organize and monitor the Ergonomics Committee and CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention); * Assist in implementing operational / environmental / safety / occupational health procedures; * Support incident/accident prevention methodologies; * Manage the Risk Assessment Plan (PGR); * Establish CIPA; * Establish emergency evacuation teams; * Ensure all activities comply with departmental work procedures; * Ensure compliance with HSE rules; * Implement and monitor HSE tools and programs (e.g., Safety Pyramid, Behavior-Based Safety [BBS], Inspection Program [IP], etc.); * Implement/manage HSE management programs; * Inspect operational facilities/buildings, applying continuous HSE improvement programs; * Develop safety planning checklists; * Plan SIPAT (Internal Week for Accident Prevention). **About DHL** --------------- DHL Supply Chain is a global leader in logistics, connecting people and businesses.
