Future RH specializes in human resources solutions and offers consulting and talent management services. **Responsibilities:** Will act as technical support to the responsible engineer on site, assisting in monitoring service execution, measurement control, schedule, and quality. Conduct field surveys, support preparation of simple reports, monitor teams and outsourced services. Verify material and activity compliance according to project specifications and technical guidelines. Support administrative routines on site, document organization, and updating of physical progress status. Perform related tasks as required by the engineer. Position based in Guarapuava / PR. Previous experience as a Project Engineer, Process Engineer, Project Analyst, or Development Engineer may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this position.
