




Job Summary: Manage and lead the sales team, with a focus on planning, control, routine evaluation, and monitoring of sales targets in the real estate sector. Key Highlights: 1. Sales team leadership and management. 2. Development of tactical sales plans. 3. Execution of internal and external commercial activities. Plan, control, and evaluate the daily operations and all productivity workflows of the sales team; Monitor and ensure Pacaembu's customer service standards across all company communication channels, including in-person and remote interactions; Track sales indicators and targets; Train the team to achieve the monthly sales target; Manage and control incoming leads; Develop tactical sales action plans and activities aimed at prospecting new customers; Participate in internal and external initiatives to promote product commercialization. Requirements: Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Experience in the real estate sector; Experience in team leadership and management; Willingness to travel.
