Collaborate closely with company departments, supporting the Internal Audit Management and leadership in decision-making—with emphasis on continuous learning, systemic vision, and value creation for the organization. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Ensure end-to-end execution of** internal audits, adhering to methodologies, internal standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., SUSEP), with focus on quality and impact. * **Plan strategies for** more efficient and relevant audits, contributing to defining scope, approach, and priorities together with area leadership. * **Execute processes including** process mapping, flowchart development, risk and control matrices, audit testing, and preparation of clear, objective reports. * **Develop solutions to** reduce risks and strengthen internal controls—transforming audit findings into practical insights that generate business value. * **Evaluate compliance, efficiency, and performance indicators** of processes, using critical analysis, evidence, and data to support safer decisions. * **Support transformation or innovation initiatives in** processes, internal controls, and audit practices—promoting continuous improvement and operational efficiency. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting Sciences, Technology, Finance, or Law; * Experience in Internal/External Auditing or expertise in Bid Bond/Lease Guarantee Insurance within related areas; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Intermediate English proficiency. **Desirable Requirements:** * Bid Bond Insurance expertise; * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Auditing or related fields; * Knowledge of Auditing and Bid Bond Insurance. **Additional Information** **Work Location:** * This position is based in Curitiba – hybrid model (in-office work with two days of remote work per week). **Employment Type:** * CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) **Junto Benefits:** * Meal and food allowance (flexible card); * Special Christmas Benefit – double meal allowance in December; * Extended Maternity Leave; * Extended Paternity Leave; * Transportation allowance; * Birthday day off; * SulAmérica health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Conexa Saúde (therapy, nutritionist, and medical consultations); * Private pension plan; * PLR (Profit Sharing); * Childcare or babysitter allowance; * Life insurance; **What Else We Offer:** * Semi-flexible working hours (40 hours/week); * Access to Corporate University with diverse courses; * Support for employee professional development; **So, are you ready to join an innovative company and help us continue guaranteeing businesses that move the country?** **\#joinjunto \#juntoseguros** Hello, we are Junto Seguros!
