Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with solid experience in Infrastructure, Networking, and Information Security to architect, administer, and sustain hybrid environments—with emphasis on high availability and governance. Leadership in continuous improvement initiatives and Level 3 (N3) support We seek a professional with solid experience in Infrastructure, Networking, and Information Security, responsible for architecture, administration, and sustainment of hybrid environments (On\-Premises and Microsoft Azure), with focus on high availability, resilience, performance, and governance. Responsible for end-to-end corporate network management, including advanced configuration of L2/L3 switches, access points, VLAN segmentation, firewall policies, NAT rules, VPNs, and traffic control. Practical experience with structured cabling and troubleshooting in critical environments. Responsibilities * Administer and sustain hybrid environments (On\-Premises and Cloud – Azure). * Manage network infrastructure (L2/L3 switches, VLANs, access points, firewalls, VPNs, NAT, and security policies). * Monitor critical environments to ensure high availability and performance. * Administer Windows Server systems (AD DS, GPO, DNS, DHCP, File Server, WSUS). * Manage virtualized environments (Hyper\-V). * Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune) and Azure AD/Entra ID. * Implement and renew SSL certificates on IIS and Nginx servers. * Manage backups and disaster recovery (DR) plans. * Apply security hardening and information security policies. * Analyze logs, events, and vulnerabilities (SIEM/Wazuh is a plus). * Lead continuous improvement projects and support compliance audits. * Provide Level 3 (N3) support and resolve critical incidents. **Technical Requirements** ----------------------- * Solid experience in corporate infrastructure and networking. * Advanced administration of Windows Server. * Knowledge of Microsoft Azure (VMs, virtual networks, RBAC, monitoring). * Experience with firewalls and network segmentation. * Knowledge of virtualization (Hyper\-V). * Experience with Linux environments. * Knowledge of SQL Server (installation, configuration, and troubleshooting). * Experience with monitoring and backup tools. **Preferred Qualifications** ------------------------ * Microsoft certifications (Azure, Windows Server, or Security). * Experience with SIEM (Wazuh or similar). * Knowledge of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST). * Experience in high-availability environments and IT governance. **Education** ------------ * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Networking, Systems, or related fields. **Behavioral Competencies** -------------------------- * Analytical ability and strategic vision. * Technical leadership. * Proactivity and sense of urgency. * Focus on security, governance, and continuous improvement. ### **Employment Type:** Contractor (PJ) ### **Department:** Outsourcing
