Maintain personal hygiene and workplace cleanliness **Description:** FULL-TIME CLT OPPORTUNITY FOR A COOK AT A HOTEL IN ARACAJU **Responsibilities:** Serve all food & beverage outlets of the establishment; Inspect refrigerators and cold rooms; clean/portion meats, poultry, fish, and shellfish; Control inventory of goods, kitchen linens, and kitchen equipment; Prepare meals under the guidance of a nutritionist, adhering to cooking methods, food quality, and storage standards (hot dishes, breakfast, and banquets); Clean kitchen utensils, equipment, and areas; Ensure quantity and quality of dish preparation according to technical recipes; maintain personal hygiene and hygiene of the workplace and equipment. **Requirements:** * Relevant experience * Preferred: training courses in the field * Knowledge of technical recipes, cost management, and waste control * Availability to work on a 6×1 rotating schedule **Benefits:** To be determined **Salary:** To be determined **Working Hours:** 6×1 rotating schedule **Work Days:** Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.518,00 - R$2.100,00 per month
