Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring and verifying daily activities, guiding teams, ensuring execution quality, safeguarding safety, and supporting the construction site manager in measurements and procurement. Support for construction project management and safety inspection Monitor and verify all daily activities according to standards and projects registered in Autodoc to ensure high-quality delivery; guide and supervise staff on correct activity execution methods as well as standard procedures per ETS, ITS, FVS; orient new interns by conveying daily routines and assigned tasks; support the safety department through awareness training on proper use of PPEs and collective protective equipment (CPEs), as well as assisting with safety inspections; support the construction site manager by conducting measurements, material requisitions, and supplier evaluations. Responsibilities and Duties * Monitor and verify all daily activities according to standards and projects registered in Autodoc to ensure high-quality delivery. * Guide all staff on correct activity execution methods as well as standard procedures per ETS, ITS, FVS; orient new interns by conveying daily routines and assigned tasks. * Ensure product quality by supervising execution, disseminating information, and conducting regular training. * Use all PPEs properly and assist in safety inspections to prevent accidents on site. * Assist in organizing the construction site, including waste disposal arrangements, to avoid waste. * Support the safety department through awareness training on proper use of PPEs and CPEs, as well as assisting with safety inspections. * Support the construction site manager by conducting measurements, purchasing materials, scheduling, and evaluating suppliers.
