




**Job Description: Human Resources Supervisor** =========================================================== **Responsibilities:** ---------------------- * Execute, manage, and coordinate Human Resources department activities. * Recruit, select, and hire new employees. * Conduct employee onboarding and integration. * Administer benefits and incentive programs. * Develop and implement internal policies and procedures. * Conduct performance evaluations and provide employee feedback. * Resolve conflicts and promote a healthy work environment. * Maintain up-to-date employee records and documentation. * Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations. * Actively participate in organizational development projects. **Requirements:** --------------- * Previous experience with HR subsystems. * Knowledge of labor and social security legislation. * Strong interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. * Proficiency in people management tools and HR systems \- desirable. * Proactive attitude and ability to make assertive decisions. * Fluency in Portuguese, both spoken and written. * Certifications or additional courses in the field will be considered a plus. **Work Schedule:** ------------ * 44 hours per week, Monday to Saturday.
