Job Summary: Technical support professional for fiber optic network activation, maintenance, and troubleshooting; telecommunications equipment; and telecommunications projects, including towers and electrical infrastructure. Support for installations, splicing, and network infrastructure projects **Job Description:** ---------------------- Support customer activation, maintenance, and technical support. Assist with equipment configuration and fault diagnosis in fiber optic networks. Support internet tower installations, maintenance, and operations. Assist with splicing, fusion, alignment, and maintenance of fiber optic networks. Support low-voltage electrical maintenance, air conditioning systems, and SPDA systems. Support network deployment projects, technical documentation, and network inventory. Assist with material and equipment handling. Participate in on-call schedules, travel, and projects as required.
