Activities: * Sending pending technical service tasks to consultants. * Recording technicians’ working hours in the system. * Attaching reports to the system. * Managing the return of parts for warranty services. * Registering technicians’ reimbursement requests. * Managing returns of parts under warranty. Prerequisites: * Completed high school education. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Basic knowledge of construction/material handling equipment is desirable. * Must reside in Jundiaí and/or nearby regions.
