This success has been possible thanks to continuous investments in modern equipment, cutting-edge technology, and employee training—making Trombini a benchmark for competence and competitiveness in the market. **Responsibilities and Duties** Job Responsibilities Description: Conduct safety inspections and audits; Investigate workplace accidents; Assist in preparing the Risk Management Program (PGR), LTCAT (Technical Report on Working Conditions), and Risk Mapping; Develop, conduct, and supervise training related to onboarding of new employees and third-party workers, Emergency Response Teams, and NRs (Regulatory Standards); Prepare the Professional Occupational Profile (PPP) for cases of termination or retirement; Supervise inspections by the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE), Sanitary Surveillance, technical expert assessments, and insurance company inspections; Develop, propose, and monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE); Authorize and supervise high-risk activities; Provide support for activities related to the Safety Department; Support CIPA and coordinate the electoral process, as stipulated in NR-05. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements: Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety; Desirable: Proven experience as an Occupational Safety Technician. **Additional Information** Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 5:15 PM Benefits: Transportation Allowance or internal parking; Health Insurance; Dental Insurance; Cafeteria; Meal Voucher: BRL 550.00; Pharmacy Card; Profit-Sharing Program; Childcare/School Assistance or Babysitter Assistance — for children up to 6 years old. #### **For over 60 years, we are made of people!
