




Job Summary: A professional responsible for powder encapsulation, cleaning equipment and laboratory facilities, handling controlled substances, and providing customer service, quotations, and sales. Inventory management and cross-departmental communication Perform powder encapsulation; Clean packaging materials, cabinets, workbenches, and wash laboratory equipment according to the monthly schedule; collect chemical waste from the laboratory and store it in the designated storage area (CD) according to the monthly schedule; Handle products containing hormones, antibiotics, and substances subject to special control (Group III \- RDC 67\), except for weighing and preparing dilutions; Provide customer service via WhatsApp and telephone, and operate relevant software; Prepare quotations and formula orders using the software; Generate payment links and process sales in the formula management system for credit card, debit card, or Pix payments (cash transactions are not accepted); Dispatch formulas to stores via courier pouches; Receive goods and verify corresponding invoices; Submit service requests in Movidesk for other pharmacy departments; Respond to Movidesk service requests assigned to the Compounding Department; Prepare lists of missing packaging materials, raw materials, and utensils.
