Responsibilities and duties * Provide external customer service and forward matters to other team members;· Handle email and phone inquiries (Customers and Representatives);· Manage WhatsApp Business: monitor calls and conversations;· Control the company's accounts receivable; · Daily recording of accounts payable in the system, including invoices and bills.· Carry out payments and collections;· Send daily bills (Credits) via email and system;· Daily verification/organization/cash movement (bills) at the bank for payment;· Send remittances and import financial returns daily;· Collect outstanding customer balances, negotiate debts according to the company's financial guidelines;· Perform daily bank reconciliation, closing statements and recording expenses;· Execute bank transfers;.· Control and close cash registers from other departments, transferring funds to treasury daily;· Manage and control cash flow and expenses;· Record incoming and outgoing invoices in the systems;· Register product tax rules in the system; · Verify and send credit reports related to returns, warranties, agreements, and commercial discounts to customers/representatives;· Plan, organize, manage, and control the company's financial activities;· Receive and send correspondence and documents;· Send monthly accounting packages to the accounting department as instructed;· Prepare budgets and purchase office supplies, marketing materials, marketing trade items, and cleaning supplies;· Recruitment and selection of personnel;· Onboarding professionals into the company's ecosystem;· Plan and coordinate training and development programs for company employees;· Evaluate employee performance within the company;· Develop the company's People Management Policy;· Develop the company's Compliance Policy;· Coordinate, develop, and maintain an updated job and salary plan;· Manage and improve people management indicators (described below under Performance Indicators);· Administer and mitigate internal conflicts within the company;· Monitor execution of described processes;· Suggest improvements to internal processes;· Implement a culture of accountability (non-conformance and warning plans);· Develop and implement meritocracy policies focused on strategic results;· Control third-party human resources management services;· Manage the company's organizational climate;· Conduct activities in multidisciplinary teams;· Ensure legal compliance of human resources practices according to legal requirements;· Review the company's current compensation structure within the job and salary planning framework;· Implement employee performance evaluation plans;· Develop employee integration practices and improve the company's organizational climate;· Develop the Quality of Work Life Program (PQVT);· Establish partnerships with Sistema S organizations (Senai, Sesi, Sebrae, and others);· Conduct exit and termination interviews; · Monitor and track time sheets and digital time records;· Plan vacation schedules and legal absences;· Calculate and pay monthly commissions to the sales department;· Plan and monitor occupational health and safety programs across all business units;· Prepare budgets and purchase uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE);· Implement and monitor Young Apprentice and internship programs when necessary;· Implement and monitor CIPA programs when necessary;· Enforce codes of conduct and ethics;· Develop projects that promote employee development;· Coordinate personnel department processes.
